🌆 ACE Club Digest - Making ACE a Community for You
A recap of our Wednesday meetup, community survey and a deeper dive into the NY metro area's red-hot construction market
Thank you so much to everyone who joined us earlier this week for our second ACE Club meetup! We hope that everyone left with a new idea or connection (or both!).
We’re planning to get one more meetup organized before the end of the year. Make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss it.
Overheard at ACE Club
Of course, the conversation did not disappoint. We heard all about…
Which billionaires can shut down Broadway for home renovations
A Bon Jovi vs Post Malone debate we didn’t know we needed
The need for more professional development resources
Growing interest in employee resource groups and how to build the right ones
Our number one goal is to make ACE Club programs bigger and better for all of you. Let us know what you’re interested in!

🏗️ Project of the week
The Atlas (link)
Development Team
Developers: Alpine Residential and Fields Grade
Design: MHS Architecture
Project Overview: A 24-story rental building with 169 units in studio to three-bedroom layouts, just the latest high rise development in a Jersey City market with non-stop development.
Why it’s interesting: The JC area is red-hot and showing no signs of slowing down. The development also reignited a lively online debate about parking minimums and whether or not they’re needed in an increasingly dense city.
