Project Overview: The new luxury rental tower in Long Island City began construction in 2022 and is expected to open in early 2026, with 824 units and over 100,000 square feet of amenities.
Why itās interesting: āThe tallest, biggest, newest, bestā according to developer Lloyd Goldman. At 823 feet tall The Orchard is now the tallest building in Queens and the second-tallest building in New York City outside of Manhattan. Do you know which project takes the prize for #1?
